New Toy

A few weeks ago David and I went garage saleing and bought Madi a exersaucer. I had been looking for one for a long time but didn't want to spend lots of money on a new one when I knew that if I looked long enough I would find one that was just barely used and in good shape! Jackpot! We cleaned it up this weekend and put Madi in it. She LOVES it!!! She loves that she isn't sitting in a chair or lying on her back, that she can actually stand up. I had her in it and was making supper and David walked in and found her trying to chew on one of the toys but she kept leaning forward to chew on it without using her hands! It was so cute! It is so neat to see her growing and changing everyday.

Madison has learned how to roll over from her back to her tummy. Apparently when babys first start to roll over it is from their tummy to there back and the weight of their heads just sort of pulls them over when they get a certain distance. Madi has been rolling that way for a while and just recently started from her back to her tummy. Now she rolls all the time and won't lie still. I put her in her crib to sleep and all is fine and then I got in to check on her and she has rolled all the way over to the side with her head up against the bumper on the crib... fast asleep!! It won't be long till she is crawling now!

Madison with her Grandparents. Nana and Poppa Eby came to visit Madison when she was just a week old and stayed for a whole week. After they left Grandma and Grandpa Mobach came to visit for 2 weeks. It was so great to be able to introduce our baby girl to her grandparents.

Madison elizabeth leona Mobach was born on Dec 28,2005. She was 9lbs. and 22 1/2 inches long. She is a blessing and growing into quite the little monkey! This blog will be a place to keep friends and family updated on the life of our little one and the goings on of our family.
